At UsArtHome, all lighting orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared to ensure safe international delivery. Most products are made or assembled after purchase and shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China.

1. Order Processing
- Standard in-stock items are usually prepared and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
- Made-to-order or custom lighting may require up to 3–5 weeks before shipment.
- Processing times may vary due to inventory, production schedules, and seasonal demand.
2. Shipping & Transit
- Estimated transit time is 10–25 business days depending on the destination. This refers only to shipping time.
- Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier schedules, or regional logistics.
Note: Fragile lighting items are shipped with reinforced packaging and may require signature upon delivery.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout:
- O. Box addresses are not accepted for fragile or oversized items.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in:
- Delivery delays or failure
- Additional shipping or re-delivery fees
- Potential loss of the shipment
4. Order Modifications
After an order has been processed or shipped:
- Address changes may not be possible.
- Carrier fees for rerouting or interception may be charged to the customer.
- UsArtHome will cover correction costs only if the error was caused by our team.
5. Delivery Attempts & Acceptance
- Carriers typically attempt delivery once.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, packages may be held locally or returned.
- Customers should coordinate with the carrier to avoid failed delivery.
6. Returns & Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, or address issues:
- Return handling and shipping fees may apply.
- Re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after the returned package is inspected.
Customers must contact UsArtHome within 15 days of return confirmation to arrange next steps.
7. Inspection & Damage
Fragile lighting items must be inspected immediately upon delivery:
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
- Take photos of damaged items and packaging for documentation.
- UsArtHome will assist in replacement or resolution for verified loss or damage in transit.
8. Duties, Taxes & Import Regulations
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on destination.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated.
- Failure to clear customs may result in shipment delays or return.
9. Policy Updates
