This Limited Warranty applies to lighting products purchased from UsArtHome. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Warranty Coverage
  • UsArtHome provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • This warranty applies to products used under normal residential conditions.
  • Coverage begins from the date of delivery.
  1. Warranty Period
  • Standard lighting fixtures: 12 months limited warranty (bulbs excluded)
  • Certain components (such as LED modules or drivers) may have different warranty periods as specified on the product page
  • Warranty periods are not extended by replacement or repair
  1. What Is Covered
  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality or structural integrity
  • Electrical component failure under normal use conditions
  • Verified defects present at the time of delivery or occurring during the warranty period
  1. What Is Not Covered
  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic aging or minor finish variations
  • Damage caused by voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper electrical setup
  • Damage during handling after delivery, including self-installation without proper care
  • Products used in commercial or non-standard environments unless specified
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Products should be installed following the instructions provided
  • Customers should take care during installation and handling
  • Original packaging is recommended to be kept for potential returns
  • Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim
  1. Warranty Claims Process
  • Claims should be submitted within the applicable warranty period
  • Contact UsArtHome Customer Support with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect
  • UsArtHome may request additional information to properly assess the claim
  1. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, UsArtHome may, at its discretion:

  • Provide replacement parts
  • Replace the product
  • Offer a partial or full refund where replacement is not feasible

The chosen resolution will depend on product availability, condition, and nature of the issue.

  1. Shipping and Service Costs
  • For verified defects, UsArtHome will cover reasonable replacement shipping costs
  • Customers may be responsible for costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation
  • For non-warranty cases, repair or replacement may be offered at the customer’s expense
  1. Limitations of Warranty
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Liability is limited to the original purchase value of the product
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are not covered to the extent permitted by law

  • UsArtHome reserves the right to update this Limited Warranty to reflect operational or regulatory changes
